Store Policy

Grace Revolution Church is a U.S.-registered church with tax-exempt status under section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. 

1. RETURNS & ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you discover any defect in the item(s) delivered to you, please notify the church. You may return any defective item within 30 days of delivery (for U.S. residents) for a replacement (if stock is available) or a return of your order payment. Returns for minor cosmetic defects or damages caused by your negligence will not be accepted. If you receive any item which you did not request, please contact us at orders@gracerev.org before you return the item.

Please note that returns do not apply for digital resources. However, if you experience an issue with your download (for example, the link we provide does not work), please write to us using our contact form.

2. CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENT

If you are under 18 years of age and/or are not using your own credit/debit card to pay for your order, you must obtain prior permission from the credit/debit cardholder before entering the payment details. By clicking on the "Submit" button, you are declaring that you have obtained prior permission from the credit/debit cardholder. Verification of this is not the church’s responsibility and the church will not be liable to you or any other person for any indiscrete use of credit/debit cards.

3. RIGHT TO REFUSE ORDER

The church reserves the right not to fulfill and to void an order:

  • 3.1 if the church is unable to obtain payment authorization from the issuer of your payment card.

The church reserves the right not to accept or process your order(s) at our discretion. All orders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the issuer of your payment card. If the church is unable to accept your order and your credit/debit account has already been debited, you will be notified and your order payment will be returned in full.

4. DELIVERY

For Presence 2022:
Please select your pick-up date and location at checkout.

For delivery items: The church will deliver the item(s) to the address you supplied upon placing your order. The church is not responsible for any failure to deliver the item(s) if you have supplied an incorrect address. In the event that the church has been supplied an incorrect address, and efforts to contact you have failed, the church reserves the right to dispose of incorrectly addressed envelopes and their contents at our discretion if they are returned. Under such circumstances, the church is not obliged to return the payment of your order. For more details on delivery options, please read our Shipping Information.

5. DELAY IN DELIVERY & NON-DELIVERY

The church will not be liable to you for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of item(s) in the event that:

  • 6.1 the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us;
  • 6.2 the delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond the church’s control or the control of our agents and subcontractors, including but not restricted to war, electricity power failure, utilities failure, failure of telecommunications links, failure of transportation infrastructure, fire, flood, government act, natural disaster, legislative constraint, strike, labor dispute or malicious damage involving employees;
  • 6.3 you have changed your address without prior written notice to the church. If you have changed your address or any relevant detail, please send the church written notice. Please contact us at orders@gracerev.org ..

6. LIABILITY

The church’s liability to you in the event of item(s) being lost in dispatch shall, at our discretion, be limited to either a replacement of the missing item(s) or a return of the order payment.

Kindly note that to the extent permitted by law, the church excludes all other liabilities to you. The exclusions of liability shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of any of the church’s employees, agents or subcontractors.

These terms and conditions do not and shall not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

The church will use the personal and transactional information (e.g. name, address, email address, credit/debit card details) you supplied for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order. Please feel free to read our Privacy Policy.

8. THIRD PARTY RIGHTS

A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no right to enforce or rely upon any provision of them.

9. VARIATION

Each order is governed by the prevailing terms and conditions displayed on the website when you place your online order. The church may change these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions before you place your order. The church will not be responsible for any loss suffered by you arising from your negligence to do so.

Although the church tries to ensure that images of all items displayed on the church’s online catalogues are up-to-date, images of the items may differ from the actual items. You are advised to read the description of each item carefully before finalizing your order.
